Hello All!
What are the next steps for registering for the Rally?
Tuesday arrival (Sept 2nd): Register on May 5th
Wednesday arrival (Sept 3rd): Register on May 6th
Thursday arrival (Sept 4th): Register on May 7th
Friday arrival (Sept 5th): Register May 8th
Remember – Vistabule is not able to make bulk reservations. Every attendee needs to make their own reservations.
2. What campground should I make reservations for? The primary campground for the Rally is the Pine Ridge campground. If this campsite fills up, the secondary campground is the Bear Paw campground a short distance away. If enough people register, the overflow campground is the La Salle Lake State Recreation Area (39 modern electric campsites) about 20 minutes north of Itasca State Park.
3. How do I complete my final registration for the Rally? Final Rally registrations can be completed once you have made your campsite reservation. Everyone on the pre-registration database will get full instructions just before the campsite reservation window opens. YOUR CAMPSITE RESERVATION NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE YOUR RALLY REGISTRATION. *Update – here is the final registration link.
4. When will I get information on the Rally program? People who have pre-registered will get an outline of the program later this month. Many of the educational programs will be determined by an interest survey sent out to registered participants.
5. How many trailers are coming to the Rally? Based on the pre-registration survey we could be expecting about 120+ Vistabules. The previous record was 92!
6. What else should I be looking for? In advance of the Rally you will get an interest survey about the educational programs and volunteer opportunities, information on ordering a campsite sign, more information about Itasca State Park, late-breaking updates, and instructions on how to work with the Vistabule team about any repairs or upgrades to your trailer.
For now, start the countdown to your campsite reservation date!
