Schedule
Vistabule currently operates on a four-day work week (32 hours, four 8-hour days), and the Assembly Technician role follows that schedule. We love this rhythm and consider it one of the meaningful perks of working here today. We want to be transparent that the four-day work week is our current model, not a permanent guarantee, and our schedule may evolve as the business grows.
Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role in a light manufacturing environment. The work regularly involves bending, kneeling, and reaching to assemble components in and around trailer interiors and at varied heights.
