Join us at the finish line for an afternoon of celebration at the Post Paddle Party—an exciting part of the Father Hennepin Festival! Whether you’re on the water or just along for the fun, everyone is welcome!

🎉 Cheer on the Paddlers
Watch canoes, kayaks, surf skis, and stand-up paddleboards glide to the finish line just downstream at Mississippi Point Park.
🎶 Enjoy Live Music
Kick back with tunes from Uncle Kenny, a lively four-piece string band bringing bluegrass vibes to the riverside.
🍔 Explore the Festival
Take in the sights, rides, and delicious food at Champlin’s Father Hennepin Festival—right next door!

Directions & Parking:
Take 169 to Miller Road to E River Parkway to the Parking lots at Mississippi Crossings (orange on the map) then walk down to the finish line/Post Paddle Party at Mississippi Point Park.
Note: Normally you can enter the parking lot from the south via West River Road but it is closed during the Father Hennepin Festival.
