Job Title:
Purchasing & Inventory Management Specialist

What You’ll Do:

• • Coordinate purchasing activities and vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials.

  • Monitor inventory levels, forecast needs, and manage purchase orders to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.

  • Track shipments, handle logistics, and ensure received goods meet quality standards.

  • Support accurate invoicing, categorize expenses, and reconcile vendor accounts using QuickBooks.

Qualifications:

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management (preferably in manufacturing).

• Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and inventory management software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to forecast demand and manage stock levels efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams.

• Familiarity with logistics, supply chain practices, and BOL procedures.
